@cdavis Yes, very sad. There is a very good chance I have passed through that same intersection while on assignment down in your neck of the woods. Very sad for the young ladies & their families.

@sheleyp1 you are correct in your thinking. It has become an absolute travesty at our southern border. I would call it a joke, but there is nothing funny about it. I am all for legal immigration. Immigrants are what makes this country great, but not how its being done now.

@kenfrommi here in the UP it isn’t so bad, but I know down state in the traffic it can be challenging a bit. Up here it is more the wildlife and then the trucks pulling campers pulling boats trying to fit a weeks worth of vacation in three days. Looking forward to the season but probably won’t be getting out until mid May, for down state, late March.

We pushed hard to get some exterior observations done while on the road as the media indicated real heavy storms & rain. We got the job done in what we thought was a nick of time, ahead of schedule to avoid the rain, etc. & get out of Dodge. Andrew checked hours later & said they never got hardly a drop of rain & no storms…

@dr_pain If you have ever been in the salt water of LA you are swimming with shark I promise. Funniest thing ever was the ladies were taking the kids swimming and I went along as security or something I guess, but I went outside the swimming area to fish and caught a couple of small sharks 30" and you want to talk about clearing out the swimming area… the kids would not go back into the water until I did to show them it was ok.

@herbcofood thats funny. My Mom was upset that there wasn’t more coverage on Dolly Parton, since Mom was an East Tennessee native. Thats what I enjoyed about the series. Im more of a history buff. It was interesting how Nashville became the country music capital. It was all about marketing the National Life and Accident Insurance Company and being the more central location to broadcast throughout the US. I had no idea that Bristol, Tennessee and New York City had more to do with the origins of country music than Nashville. Good show
