Can I use your dry rub cure to make Buckboard Bacon?

Do you have a recommendation on best cure/smoke schedule? I’d recommend just Blue Ribbon Maple Bacon Cure though.

@smokin-greg Okay, if you are going to use both then I’d recommend the carrot fiber. You could use sure gel but I think that might be a little bit of overkill honestly.
