Coupon code problem
-
Jonathon Austin Hay guys, I love the videos, the podcasts, and the community on Meatgistics. I drive all day and have listened to almost all of your library. My problem is, yesterday I ordered the 20# electric stuffer using your fathers day coupon code, well after a day of thinking about it I decided that the 30# would be a better fit for me. $150.00 more what the heck take my money . So I called customer service today and was told if I cancel my order for the 20# I can not use the coupon code again for the 30#. I want to give you my money but you don’t want to take it, why? I have your 50# meat mixer and love it! One small problem with it but it doesn’t affect the way it works and have used it several times now with my little 5# hand crank stuffer, time for an upgrade lol.
Jonathon Tex_77 mac21st We should be able to fix that. I just changed the coupon to allow for 2 uses per customer. If you ask customer service to cancel the one order, you can place a new one and that will qualify as the second usage, but it will let it go through now.
In theory, the way we have changed systems, we could probably just change the order and put a new charge on your card for the difference, but I haven’t tested that yet, so the easiest and guaranteed way to do it is just cancel the one and place a new one. I’ll check on and test with editing an order for future use thoguh.

Austin The coupon code does not work for sale items, its pre-sale so I don’t know if that is counting but I don’t think this is going to work. Let me know if you want me to make a change.

Jonathon Honestly, it probably shouldn’t work for it since it is technically a sale item, but since it does right now, I’d leave it for the moment. Something to keep in mind for the future, but an extra 20% off stuff already on sale will just be a nice extra father’s day perk for now.
