The second picture looks like it has Siracha on it. Very well could be Pad Thai.

GWG8541 Definitely looks like it is missing the bean sprouts too, it has cilantro as well added.

It is Pad Thai but I do have tofu…. Not a lot since the wife does not care for the taste or texture

You are correct that it is Pad Thai but I do have 5 scrambled eggs in it

Ding ding ding ding!! We have a winner! This was an impromptu Pad Thai and I didn’t have a chance to go get some at the Asian market!

You lucky dog. Still trying to perfect my recipe. Not 100% satisfied and I learned from a Laotian friend who can really cook. She has to be putting a special ingredient she has not told me yet
