HerbcoFood I agree that a lot of people don’t realize how much outdoor people pay so they can enjoy the great outdoors. Here in NM you have to pay extra to access state land to hunt or fish but hikers and campers do not have to pay that fee. I have never understood this concept.

bocephus Yes, I think Colorado was trying to push a pass hikers had to buy that cost a little more than what they were having to pay to access certain parks. I don’t know if it passed, but of course those people were mad at having to pay their fair share.

Good podcast Jonathon! I agree with you. The UN can pound sand. I will never stop hunting and eating wild game. I also agree with you on the prices at the store. So out of hand right now. It is tougher at our place right now since my wife walked away from her job since the jab was mandated for her to keep her job. Strange times we are living in.

Jonathon is this more in line with your food cost rise?

Speaking of prices, good news in today’s paper. Local store ad, whole butts $1 lb. Been over a year. May get more.

controversial/political rant alert ignore you you want to avoid political triggers…In most cases this is in fact a form of discrimination and/or punishment on groups that choose not to undergo an extremely experimental medical treatment, whatever their reasons may be. U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Employers are required to accommodate if they can do so reasonably. Even in hospitals, many nurses can transfer to low risk areas. This make me wonder if we will ever see any class action suits come from these shenanigans.

Butts have come back to reasonable price at my local IGA. $1.69 pound for double cryo packs. Walmart is still $2.64 a pound. IGA will have them on sale for $1.29 pound every now and then. $1.00 pound is pretty dang good deal.

Ridley Acres ND is a right to work state so you can be fired for just about any reason. If she would have stayed and made her boss fire her she wouldn’t have been able to get unemployment because it is considered insubordination.
