Meatgistics Emails Delay

Hey guys, we are having an issue with certain types of emails being delayed. Sorry the confusion or inconvenience we are aware of it and the company we use for these types of emails is working on it. It would include order confirmation emails if any of you are placing orders.
Jonathon I haven’t been getting Emails for a couple of months now. I changed my settings & changed again. Any ideas? Also, is the January drawing going to be a Livesteam & when? Thanx

Bob, we did the Livestream yesterday, I know this is late and I know you were there cause you won some Jerky and Seasoning. I went through your account profile and don’t see anything that would be preventing you from getting emails. Have you checked junk email?

Bob, we did the Livestream yesterday, I know this is late and I know you were there cause you won some Jerky and Seasoning. I went through your account profile and don’t see anything that would be preventing you from getting emails. Have you checked junk email?
Jonathon Thanks for the reply. I get entry confirmation and shipping info. I may just “purge” all of my profile settings and redo them. I check Meatgistics several times per day so I don’t think I’m missing much in the way of notifications. Thanks again.

Jonathon Not sure if related but I somehow get my daily digest email twice.

kyle cdavis The Livestream notification thing was on us, we sent it to the wrong email list. Daily Meatgistics emails twice…that is interesting, looking through the logs I do see 2 emails sent to you and both were sent and delivered. Same for both of you. Interesting. I will probably have to get Austin involved with this one as there is no way you should be able to have 2 accounts with the same email addresses. Looking into a little more it appears it might be happening to other people as well. I will update this post.
