Looking to create some plant based meat- like options using the carrot fiber binderpamelaxing I am not sure about this, Jonathan might know or have tried this before? They just talked about this kind of stuff in the stream with companies almost false advertising their meat-like products… but maybe he can chime in if he’s tried this before

I don’t see why not. The Super Bind (carrot fiber and potato starch) also ought to work well.
