Maybe this is the wrong place to ask but, can the carrot fiber be used to binder meat-less alternatives? Looking to create some plant based meat- like options using the carrot fiber binder

The Super Bind (carrot fiber and potato starch) also ought to work well.

They just talked about this kind of stuff in the stream with companies almost false advertising their meat-like products… but maybe he can chime in if he’s tried this before
