That does sound interesting. You would definitely need to add some High-Temp Cheddar to this one. I would try it.

We will see how it is later this week and then we will share our thoughts. Now, normally when I am making something for the first time I do not add any cheese or other additives so everyone can experience the taste as it is right out of the package but for this one…feels like I almost HAVE to add hi-temp cheddar.

Actually I DO have to add it, as the usage calls for it

Jonathon made 10 pounds of brats today used the ratchet wrench worked great have A lot more control because of the mechanical advantage of the ratchet. I am sold on this it is just like anything you do the more I use it the better I get at adjusting speed and other little tweaks.

shoprat53 I found a socket that will fit our stuffers so I am going to check this today. I am also going to push HARD for our next round of stuffers to come with suction cup feet and for us to at least sell an option for a ratchet handle

Good I just use A cheap 1/2 inch drive ratchet from harbor freight. Try to get A 12 point socket my fitting on my stuffer is square so the 12 point gets A better fit than A 6 point socket.

shoprat53 Yeah I am wanting one eventually that perfectly fits our star shaped gear and has a handle that sticks out but today’s test will just be with a regular ratchet wrench!

Tex_77 I like messing around with things but I always make it just good enough so it works but never good enough where I’d be comfortable selling or anything! Lots of Frankenstein stuff in my garage/house!
shoprat53 well its a good idea you have here!

So, I made the brats and people really seemed to like them, I also very much enjoyed it. It was like a beer brat with some chicken noodle soup flavor. VERY much comfort food. If there would be decent interest I can look at bringing this in next year?
