Sorry to hear your order got lost. I recently placed an order (i think it was a friday) and had it the following Tues. Not bad for how cheap the shipping was for a 15lb order.
mikemikemike yes Waltons does a phenomenal job at shipping. Not only with timeliness but also packing. This was a UPS issue not Waltons. Typically i order on sundays and it is on the road monday with it being at my house on Wednesday. This particular order Austin and Jonathon revealed that they put the new Gyro brat seasoning on the market so i just had to be the first to order it, which i may have been the first to order but maybe not the first to receive it due to UPS. It is all being taken care of since we are working with such a fantastic company. Thanks again to Waltons and employees for being so pure and genuine on your customer service and products.

twilliams We are sending out a free replacement today. Our CSR team had no luck getting any additional info.
We’ll get things shipped out and then we will try to get a lost package claim filed with UPS and we’ll deal with whether they will accept it or not.
If you do end up getting the first package, let us know though.Austin This is just why I support Waltons as I do. Although I have never had a problem, just knowing your commitment to customer service means a lot. Once again, thank you for the integrity that you have led your company. Can’t say that about many companies these days. Now, even with this, I still am team blue…LOL
