Bad casings?

Anybody ever get discolored casings? These where tubed hog casings. I’m sure they are fine just dont look the greatest when trying to make a product to sell. On another note first time trying supreme pizza brat and it’s great.

```code_textbubba_mcnabb I have seen that in very small patches, never that much. To me it was not discoloration, but rather an abundance of connective tissue. On the little I had, I just cut it out and didn’t use it.
```code_textbubba_mcnabb Nothing on the color. But, people turned their noses up on he Supreme Pizza brats with mozzarella until they tried them. Then, all hell broke loose. aka: why didn’t you make more? I just gave them “the look”. Between that brand and the Philly Cheese, people are looking for MORE. Then, I did the same thing with the Blue Ribbon brats and added Blue Cheese. Once again, they turned their noses up at the choice. After they tried them, the same response happened. aka: why didn’t you make more? So, changing others taste buds is always a good thing to break them from the RUT. Keep creating and hope someone can come up with a solution to your color issue.

bubba_mcnabb surprised to see that much of it in tubed, those are usually the pick of the litter so to speak. I’ve asked in the past and been told it is just a slightly thicker section of the casing wall. I’d imagine when cooked it won’t b e noticeable but please let us know if that isn’t the case!

Jonathon grilled them up last night and i loved the pizza brat seasoning but the casing just had a off "mouth feel’’ kinda like shoe leather?. I’ve ran into this in both tubes i stuffed. would it be possible to get replacement? 30-32mm
