Does anyone have the ratios for seasoning and cure to meat for the tons unit sausage seasoning??

TyC80 Not sure exactly what you are looking for but you use 3.685 lb of seasoning to 100 lb of meat. So that breaks down to .03685 per lb of meat or .6 oz per lb of meat which is 16 grams. From there I would say just use the regular summer sausage recipe here https://meatgistics.waltonsinc.com/topic/208/how-to-make-homemade-summer-sausage-recipe
