New Quick Reply Box

Some of you may have noticed we turned on a feature called quick reply. When you scroll to the bottom of a thread there will be a text box ready for you to simply type in without having to hit reply to anything. You can click the replay button underneath the box and it will bring up the normal text box. Or you can just post what you want and hit “Post Quick Reply” and it will post that to the thread.

Jonathon i like the reply button better as it includes the name of person they are responding to giving them a notification of response

twilliams Yes, that’s a downside, the nice thing is if you are in the quick reply box and hit the @ symbol it will bring up a list of recent posters and if it isn’t there you can type in the first letter or so and it will appear.
