Well Joe, look what I ran across today. We had done turkeys multiple ways but this is the only pic I could find.
Think it took about 4 hours. The cooking bag made a huge difference.
PapaSop Maybe chicken on a chain & use one of those things, what do you call them, that rotate round & round (not a rotisserie) to keep the heat even. It might be too much though * you would unfortunately loose the Boy Scout effect.
