Rogers my favorite is definitely Willie’s. It is a simple flavor and has a little heat at the end but not too hot. I have made them with and without cheese and both are amazing.

Note: in another post you said you are just getting into making sticks. Please go watch Austin and Jonathan’s video and follow the protein extraction part. That is something I learned from them and it may be the most important thing to follow for top quality sticks.

Rogers Habanero BBQ Summer/Snack Stick is a great one in my opinion, Dill Flavored (as long as you like dill!) BBQ Smoked Stick, Pepper Stick are all also good but like deplorablenc1 Willies is probably the best overall snack stick seasoning!

Rogers I like to use both the Willie’s snack stick and the Habanero bbq. They both produce a great flavor and you will not be disappointed with either flavor. Very easy to use and I use with the sure cure and binding packet from Waltons. I like to use both high temp cheddar and high temp swiss in mine. Everyone loves them…even the people who claim they don’t like venison!

erich52 when you use this sure cure and binder do you still use the cure in the packet that comes with the seasoning?

Rogers the pack of sure cure comes with the Habanero bbq seasoning and I purchased the sure gel binder packet for use in the 25# meat block. So those were the two items used along with the ag of seasoning.

Rogers on a separate note. I use those same packs whether I am making snack sticks or summer sausage. They are all meant for 25# meat blocks so you would just want to convert them into grams per lb so you can calculate the correct amounts based on your batch size.
