processhead and he is already making spelling errors…Austin I wonder if he will be taking a “sick” day tomorrow!

Well, if we are just going on spelling errors, no one might notice the difference tomorrow morning.
I plan to monitor Jonathon 's posts and see if his spelling IMPROVES as the day goes on.

We have high expectations of our fearless leaders. Some of us can’t spell cat on a good day.

Yep, hot and steamy here today, after some needed rain here this morning and sun out this afternoon.
I have been rearranging the man cave this afternoon. Trying to limit my time outdoors.

I don’t eat out bbq a whole heck of a lot, but when I was on my way back home last weekend I stopped at a Top 50 BBQ spot from this year’s Texas Monthly rankings. The brisket, turkey and jalapeno pepper jack sausage was really good. The hatch chile cheese grits could have used some more hatch in it. Then the brussels were fried and drizzled with maple syrup, those were really good. Then I got a plate of what the call the pickle sampler, which was also good.

Jonathon If you like that one, you will like “Single in Havana”. That is one we found on a run several months back to South Florida to do some inspections. I should have taken a photo of it for you. I will check & see if I have a bottle stashed away some where.

When I built the bar, I figured I better put in a sink, but to be honest, the one in the shop in the adjacent room gets all the use.
