Why am I limited on how many down votes I can hand out in a day?

Tex_77 We did it to prevent downvote brigades by people (seems like you mostly) from just going through and downvoting people whos reputation was either ahead of them (me) or ones of people who were catching up to them. If anyone has handed more than 10 downvotes out in a day I’d say you need to grab a snack and take a nap, come back when you are in a better mood!

Austin It sounds like the concept called “change management” is not pushed heavily in your project. That will be an issue with upgrades in the future. “Change management” can be fluid yet controlled. You guys will figure it out.
