What do they do with the front legs? Use them for soup or bone broth perhaps. 61D87FD7-59D3-4F94-9F02-7210271A093F.jpeg

I can only guess there has been confusion expecting (or someone thinking one may be expecting) drums from the chicken wing? They are very similar looking I guess.

Can we deduce from the label that a chicken also has front wings and hind wings?

twilliams I guess I haven’t been paying attention to well all these years. Checked the ones in the freezer and they only came with two. Taking them back for a refund.

The girl at the deli told me a whole chicken consisted of 2 legs, 2 thighs, 2 wings, and two whole breasts, I said a chicken has 1 breast. She honest to god looked at me and said “All mammals have two breasts”. I just laughed and said I didnt know that, I just guess I’ll just take the special.

I guess no one remembers John Madden serving eight leg turkey’s for thanksgiving. So if a turkey has eight legs surely a chicken has four.

                                        8 Turkey legs / 4 Chicken legs = 2 legs per bird
See even scientific equations work out to 2 legs per fowl…….so not sure why chickens have back legs, they have under legs!
