I have a 15 # Hakka stuffer and want to use the 13mm Waltons tube to make 19mm snack sticks. The Hakka tube has a 2” OD at the base and just wanted to make sure the Waltons one was the same size.

chippewa see if you can find someone with this tube and see if they can take a dial calipers and measure the outside diameter. Mine is 12.7mm and the 19mm casings barely fit on it. I need to cut the full length into thirds in order to put them on.

I have standard dial calipers Trying to find the best balance of stuff ability and fitting on the tube. My Hakka tubes are way to small and just to big.

chippewa I have Hakka 15# and the 13mm tube works well with it. I mainly do 21mm stick using it.

mrobisr can you confirm these are 2", and not 2-1/8? That is, 51mm and not 53? I have a Meat! Stuffer with 51mm bases, they supply no stainless tubes, and I haven’t found any actual 2in. I had to buy the 53mm and grind down to fit… would LOVE to find actual 2in base tubes!
                Thx

mrobisr no worries, I have 3 or 4 on order for the sizes I need, that had a nice solid base f l a n g e wide enough for me to grind.
Went with 10mm for 16 to 18mm casings
                          12mm for 19mm casings,
                          12.7mm i.e 0.5in for 21mm casings,
and 19mm I think. Maybe 1 is a real 2in base, rest will be ground.
