Received my cutting board yesterday for 1000 posts, think I am just going to use it for a serving tray, seems to be just too nice to cut on. Thanks Waltons!

            bocephus Congratulations.

I guess I’m the odd man out. I treated mine with mineral oil and use it at lease 5 times a week. I keeps it oiled about once per week. It is holding up fantastic. Bamboo is very hard and seems to heal well from cuts.

I especially like when I use my Meatgistics knife with it.

Chef I know it is made to be used but it is just special and I have other cutting boards, maybe someday I will use it as a cutting board.

Just wanted to show everyone just how durable this board is.
I have been using it for awhile now. Over the last few days cut up 30 pounds of chicken, 90 pounds of pork butt into cubes to grind, sliced 30 pounds of sausage for gumbo, diced 15 onions, all the other vegetables for gumbo, and just washed it. Had to show everyone just how well this board holds up.

Just about as good as new.
