    Rubbed some thighs with a berbere (Ethiopian spice) base in a rub that I made. Added a foil packet of pellets for a little smoke.thighs 1 5.25.19.jpg thighs 2 5.25.19.jpg thighs 3 5.25.19.jpg thighs 4 5.25.19.jpg thighs 5 5.25.19.jpg

Jonathon thank you. It’s working out great for reverse searing & everything else that’s put on her.

macsinsac nice looking chicken. The spice rub sounds great. There are a lot of different flavors to experiment with.

Dave R the rub was something I got from Ballistic BBQ on YouTube episode about chicken wings. Greg called it chicken shake.
