    Chuck roast on sale & I had everything here for Mississippi pot roast. Smoked @ 225 for 2 hours on my Rec Tec 680.           macsinsac That looks awesome and we are very glad to see it going to good use! I lover pepperoncini peppers, Ill buy a jar of them and usually eat them the same day…drives my wife nuts! I have never tried putting them on something and grilling/smoking them though. looks like I have another new thing to try!

            Jonathon it turned out fantastic even if I did forget to put a stick of butter on top of each roast. Leftovers from one are going to get a rerun for tonight’s dinner. The other was sealed for sous vide & frozen for later use.
