Proper Stuffing Tube size for Sheep Casing?
-

You should be ok with a 13mm tube.
Keep the casings and the tube and moist they should go on ok. -
Pivodog The sheep and hog casings have a good deal of stretch to them so you could go up a little in size from the 20/22 casing size but I would say 16 mm would be a stretch depending on how much variation/stretch your casings have.

Pivodog What I use is the stuffing tubes that are made for a Kitchen Aid Mixer. They come in a two size set and work well for snack sticks and larger casings like for brats. They are a thin plastic and can be trimmed to fit a smaller diameter opening on smaller stuffers. You just might have to add an O ring behind the tube to get a better seal. Might be worth a try.
