Same, and my password was saved, so I know it was correct. Sure it’s just a hiccup though. Looks fantastic!

Tex_77 Hopefully they are able to find a work around. There are a couple casings and such that I seem to have to reference what I have ordered to remember what ones I use, lol.
If not, I’ll figure it out. It’s not a huge deal, but would be nice to have.

Seems like the customer data base info should be able to be imported on to the new platform.

The new website looks terrific!
I also have the problem with login. While it hardly would be the end of the world if I had to create a new account, I do like having my order history handy on the site. Not huge deal (or even a medium-sized deal).

TexLaw - I had to create a new acct. The history might be updated in the future.

TexLaw and lkrfletcher I went to create a new account but it said the email was already used. I just had to update my password. I did that and confirmed through an email that was sent. I think I was able to do it this way because I had just placed an order a few weeks ago. All in all I think it was a pretty good switchover.

I was having trouble until I realized it was under a different e mail acc.

I on the other hand, have had no issues at all.
Now keep in mind I’m not on every day but I’ve had no interruption here. -

I tried to log in to the new site. No luck.
Then I tried to reset my password. No luck. No reset link was emailed to me.
Then I tried to create a new account and got a message saying my email is already in use. Whaaaat? -

I then put my email in and hit reset password. If it says your email is in use that means they still have your account you just need to change password.

I dont get anything, punch in my password and says it doesnt match, try to reset and it doesnt send an email. I guess its new account time for me. Its a bummer but oh well, as long as it doesnt affect the meatgistics account its all good

My problem is it won’t let me reset my old account password and it won’t let me create a new account. I am locked out. Looks like any orders I place will be by phone till they get that figured out.

processhead bummer, i plan on putting a significant order in beginning of next month. Hope it gets situated by then. I havent tried making a new account yet

twilliams processhead I had similar issues, got the your account is locked msg, 404 msg, that email doesn’t exist, and so on. I just kept trying every now and then, finally yesterday evening I was allowed to create an account. Don’t know what changed. Initially my account came up, but then the message that my account is locked appeared a few seconds later then the tedium began. Good luck.
