My Homemade Smoking/Cure Box

    This is my homemade smoking/cure box. My smoke generator is a metal tube, once holding a bottle of whiskey, that has three drilled holes on the bottom. Load it 1/2 full of wood chips, light with torch and once going, creates good smoke for up to 6 hours.

              How Cool. About how long will it take to cure those summer sausages? It looks to be about 3ftx3ft? Think I will copy most of your ideal.
