        bear meat has a strong flavor and pork will be a creamer fat to use for a better end product

                @s-a-m What ratio are you using? Are we talking about pork fat or pork butt? I’d recommend the willies, best seller for a reason and I think it will enhance the taste and not mask it like something like habanero bbq would do.

                  Jonathon going to do pork butt 50/50.
                  Flavor is going to be dried cherries and ghost peppers!

                      Jonathon all I have is red meat wrapped up and frozen, buddy dropped it off, will try and remember photos of the finished product!
