Looking for pork fat in Wichita?

Siggs Gourmet Butcher just sold me 40 lb of the stuff for 1.20 a lb and they appeared to have plenty. I asked her if she was okay with me taking 40 and she was more than happy to let me have it. So, if you are close to Wichita and you can’t get any pork fat check them out!

Have you tried HY VEE, Walmart, Sams Club, ask the butcher if they’ll give you any or sell it to you

Jonathon Nobody needs to listen to him, he doesn’t know what he’s talking about…Seriously though Ann and Justin are great people and they put out quality products and treat me great every time I’m in there. They are only 8 minutes from my house so I’m gonna have to go by there tomorrow and pick up some pork fat and probably some hot links they make.

Beginnersluck I tried Sams and Walmart. Sams has been very helpful in the past but they had none to spare. It sort of seemed like they were annoyed I was asking so I thought maybe they either had a deal with someone out the back door or were just sick of people asking. They have been very helpful in the past and I want that to continue to so I didn’t push the issue at all.
