Happy Thanksgiving Meatgistics community. I have much to be thankful for this year. The list is too long and I have much cooking to do, but one of the things I am thankful for is this Meatgistics community, the members, information, Jonathon and Austin. I have learned much and enjoyed the exchanges of the community. Stay safe and enjoy today.

Doing a small standing rib roast and salmon cevicheglen poor guy, you had to settle for a standing rib roast. LOL

Chef Standing rib roast was nearly as popular as Turkey at the shop this year. We could have easily doubled our orders of both and would likely sell out. That is, if we had the room to store that much product. This week has been exhausting but I’m super grateful for the customer support. Our customers are the best!

Joe Hell A) I had probably had a few B) for Washington that was destroying! No, seriously we have some good young talent, just need a QB and a few years to bring it all together. Somehow we are tied for 1st place in the division at 4-7…the NFC East used to be the best division in football, it is now a joke!
