twdurant So yes you can, it will have the correct % of salt but there can be a difficulty and that is that Jerky Seasonings are formulated as a topical seasoning and not to be ground and formed into the meat. Best example I can give is that the Jalapeno Jerky Sesaonings weighs .625 lb for a 25 lb batch and the Jalapeno Snack Stick Wieghs 1.5 lb for a 25 lb batch. Now, that roughly 1/2 can’t be applied across all seasonings but it can be a good guideline. I’d increase the amount of seasoning you use per lb of meat by about 15% to start and then make adjustments from there.
