Bratwurst flavors

I’m wondering which flavor they have that would closely resemble a German style bratwurst? Any info would be much appreciated.

They have a German Sausage seasoning, that’s probably your best bet.

Tex_77 is it a fresh sausage seasoning or a brat seasoning because I didn’t see it?

Here is a link to it German Sausage I’m not sure where Walton’s classifies it, I didn’t find it under fresh or brats, but I have used it, and it creates a good product.

OutdoorCharlie German is one of the few that they formulated for either way, they include the cure in a separate package but if you are making fresh just don’t add the cure. Good luck!
