How much more seasoning of the Pepper and Garlic Jerky Seasoning would I need to use in a snack stick recipe?

Riley Renwick We’ve done this very thing and we used 22 lb of meat to a bag that was big enough to do 25 lb. So use just about 12% more seasoning than is called for.

Riley Renwick There is something creamy about it, I don’t know what ingredient is responsible for that but you’ll find that the same creaminess is in the snack sticks more than the jerky. Enjoy!
