      Tgervasio Are you trying to avoid all milk products or just find something better? Sure Gel is milk based but also includes phosphates for extra moisture retention.

        Tgervasio If you are wanting to avoid dairy then carrot fiber or even better super bind which is carrot fiber and potato starch will work. The potato starch forms a gel around 135 degrees which is the same temp that meat really starts to sweat so it absorbs alot of that. Also, soy protein blend but I don’t like that as much for some reason.
