We are long time customers, first time using Meatgistics. We started using Waltons when they were in their old warehouse. We’ve never been disappointed. After several attempts at making summer sausage, we found your recipe and directions the best. We processed 50 lbs. of summer sausage this weekend and are very happy with the finished product.
