Anyone have one of these? I’m curious to know if they will mate up to the Walton’s electric stuffer?

The description in Walton’s website just says stuffers and then #34+ grinders.

I’d like to buy it to start making the extruded jerky with my Walton’s electric stuffer since the all around jerky maker attachment has been out of stock for over a year.

armyguy I have one of those all-around jerky maker that connects to my lem stuffer…pos in my opinion…the jerky seems to stick to each other on the sides and the wax paper is a pain too…so I use the jerky cannon it’s a little more time consuming but if you have a couple tubes and someone loading them it’s a lot quicker…just my 2 cents…maybe it was my setup lol

        Wanna sell it? Lol

Yeah I have a jerky gun but I’m looking for something more automated now to hook up to my Walton electric stuffer and plan on doing 25lb batches at a time.

The Colosimos looks pretty solid, but I have a feeling it’s made for the industrial hydraulic vertical stuffers, not the regular ones we have, based on the YouTube videos I watched.

blackbetty61 and armyguy Those things are rare nowadays. We are trying to get some more, might even have them manufactured for us.

So on that note, will the Colosimos fit on your Walton’s 26lb electric stuffer? I think I’m just going to order that one but want to make 100% sure it will fit before I drop $400 on it. Looks way more solid.

                suasage gun.gif

I’ve sold a couple of these to customers last year. Just a little modification to the nozzle and you got a cordless jerky gun!

Model 2642-21CT comes with the 20-oz Aluminum Barrel Sausage Style tube.

Should be able to find it from a good Milwaukee dealer for around $300.

armyguy I am finding out now, will post once I have a solid answer. My thought is that it would depend on the dies you were trying to use.
