Tex_77 I’m cooking a steak (bought a 3 pack of choice steaks for like $12) and will make some ultimate nachos, then fall asleep at half time like I do every year! WHY don’t they put these on the weekend? If they want to avoid competing with the NFL then Friday night would be perfect!
It’s LSU’s year right? But, I also thought Tennessee didn’t have a chance Saturday so, what do I know?

Tex_77 I baked the catfish yesterday. I’ll just quickly reheat in a pan with cajun seasoning and serve on low-carb tortillas with cabbage, tomato, onion and avocado. Quick and simple!
Joe Hell Back in college I had an old Army cook tell me that frying was healthy because it sealed in all the nutrients, I hope you didn’t lose to many nutrients by baking the catfish!

Sorry I just saw this post. I cooked some chicken and sausage Gumbo, I used the Smoked Cajun sausage I made a couple months ago and chicken thighs. I actually made it Sunday as I knew I wouldn’t have time to cook before the game by the time I got home from work.

Clemson couldn’t have started the game any better and definitely had me worried for the first quarter. But luckily LSU had the better team on the night, loaded with talent and great coaching and the RIGHT team won and completed the GREATEST season in the history of college football!!! -
