Posting a picture

The file size could be too big. I don’t have an IPhone, but sometimes to get the picture to a smaller size, I have to take a screen shot of it, and that creates a much smaller file.

Can someone tell me what I’m doing wrong. I don’t seem to be able to post a picture with my iPhone.

- Select the photo you want and then click on the “Choose Image Size” at the bottom of that screen, that will bring up the next screen where you can choose yourimagee

It should show up like this

Then select Medium or Small
- Finally, you should have your picture posted

Used to have that option until my last update. Now it’s gone. Been using a photo resizer app. Argh. -

Tex_77 Lol, I almost always have my phone in low battery mode because otherwise it runs out so quickly…recently it hasn’t been wanting to charge. I’m going back to a flip phone I think!

denny66 ok do you see what is in the first picture? Try scrolling over to the right, the upload icon (the upward pointing arrow) is sometimes off the initial mobile page. Austin Can we move that so the upload button is always there?

Jonathon Is that just an Apple issue? I’ve never not had the upload button show up in Chrome. I have had issues being able to edit some posts, but not others, which is really weird.

Yes, the upload photo option (up arrow) is off screen to the right so I can scroll over to get it or I suppose I can hold my phone horizontal.
Thanks to all!Just happened to think. I set my phone option for larger characters to help with Poor eyesight. I know in many phone usages my characters per line is less due to them being larger. I don’t know if this has any affect on a Website??

denny66 That might be it,m but I only figured what was going on because mine is off the screen as well. Now, I have an older phone that I bought specifically because I liked how small it is, so that might be my issue. Either way, hopefully you are good now, let me know if not!

denny66 That might be it,m but I only figured what was going on because mine is off the screen as well. Now, I have an older phone that I bought specifically because I liked how small it is, so that might be my issue. Either way, hopefully you are good now, let me know if not!
Jonathon I find with a iPhone you have to hold the phone horizontal to get the pic posted the right way…seems like when I take a pic with the phone vertical the picture is sideways…anyone else have that issue or is it just me…maybe it’s my camera settings

blackbetty61 Yeah, I dont know what settings that would be (I’m one step away from being a Luddite!) but I have an older Iphone and dont have those issues.
