Joe Hell all wild mushrooms are wonderful you’re right they don’t stay very well my first experience with a box full left overnight brown black ink that’s what my dad called Inky’sa nice side to good steakif you find a lot of them I would blanch them fast ice water bath and freeze they hold up very well
