Meat Processing Equipment 103 - Meat MixersJonathon I’m using Tre Spade MX-30. the limit capacity is 30kg (around 60 lbs) and I was making mix with 10-20 kg (22-44 lbs) pork for sausage.

Meat Processing Equipment 103 - Meat MixersHi. I have a problem with my meat mixer. When I put the meat and seasoning together, the mixture is spinning with paddle. It’s just spinning like rotisserie or kebab. Is there any way to avoid this?
