P0 on 18 off 55
P1 on 18 off 70
P2 on 18 off 85

On and off times refer to auger cycle in seconds

I would think eating “raw” meat would be almost be the same as eating your meat rare.

At some point in time I lost access to meatgistics with my preferred…cox.net email address but was able to log on using my YouTube address which is …gmail.com. The livestream would not allow me to chat without logging on with …gmail.com. Is it possible now to chat/post replies using my cox address?

How about parchment paper? You can often pick up precut sheets also which if you are lucky might make it easier to use.
