Thank you all for the warm welcome to the site. So the other day I smoked my first batch of the Willie’s snack sticks. They came out great for my first try. I had a few issues, one was the day I was smoking was very windy and second was the amount of smoke at the lower temperatures. I need find a better way to get and keep the smoke at the lower temperature.

Putting my first batch of Willie’s Snack sticks in the smoker today. I have a Masterbuilt XL propane, and a Custom built wood smoker from 3’ pipeline.
