Looking at around 1hp meat grinder, LEM vs Weston vs Pro Cut? Will be doing ground beef only, but in fairly large quantities. TIA

Can you stuff ground beef chubs directly out of a grinder? We do not want to purchase a stuffer. So we either need to find a grinder we can stuff chubs directly out of, or we will just end up putting the beef in a bread pan and then flipping it onto butcher paper and wrapping…

Ground beef won’t have to go through a Pro-Cut twice correct? I think we will likely go with a Pro-Cut. I can’t find any info on what company makes them or where they are made. Made in US? Good warranty?
