I purchased the 50# tilt mixer about 2 years ago.I use it for all my sausage mixes. Works well when attached to your grinder when making 25# or more batches. When I make smaller batches I use the hand crank. A friend of mine watched mine at work liked it and purchased his own.

Congrats I sold my Hobart slicer because of the weight and purchased a Walton’s 10 inch slicer. I was very happy with the Hobart and I’m just as happy with the Walton’s .
