Jonathon I found one that was pineapple juice, I didn’t care for it but other people liked it. Unfortunately I deleted it because I didn’t like it, maybe someone else knows it.

smcneese I use honey or maple syrup instead of sugar. I don’t know if that helps.

The way I understood it, the citric acid needs to be brought up to 150 degrees before it releases.
