Cure Conversion Chart

Not sure if there is any interest in this, but I have a general purpose conversion spreadsheet that will let you calculate reduced batch seasoning amount for any seasoning.
You enter in the meat block weight and the net weight of the seasoning pack (for 25 lb batch) and it calculates the amount of seasoning and cure for you in ounces and grams. It is an Excel spreadsheet.
If you want to play around with it, send me your email via private chat and I can send you a copy.

1 Fluid Oz of water weighs 1 Oz. The weight and volume measurement for water is the same .

One fluid ounce (volume measurement) of any other liquid or solution could weight more or less than 1 ounce (weight measurement), depending on its density.Paul
