Chef Have you tried either converting them to a PDF (cute PDF or something) or doing the snip it thing that basically seems to convert to a photo file if the pdf will not work, then uploading just like a normal photo? If not, I am thinking either take a real good photo of it & upload that or see if Jonathon or someone at Walton’s can do it for you. Pardon me for not having something concrete that is tried & tested, but I am gathering that one of the ideas should work. I would start with the first & easiest.

Not sure if there is any interest in this, but I have a general purpose conversion spreadsheet that will let you calculate reduced batch seasoning amount for any seasoning.

You enter in the meat block weight and the net weight of the seasoning pack (for 25 lb batch) and it calculates the amount of seasoning and cure for you in ounces and grams. It is an Excel spreadsheet.

If you want to play around with it, send me your email via private chat and I can send you a copy.

FYI for those who want to send a private chat message, click on the member’s avatar to the left of one of their postings and you will get a pop up with the option to follow or chat. Click chat and you can compose a private message to them.

You can also go to the upper right hand corner of the screen and click on the chat bubble shown by the orange arrow in the picture below.

On the conversion chart, is the Sure Cure (Pink) the same as the Sure Cure (Orange) that is recently received in my order?

NickMc Note that this applies ONLY to water.
One fluid ounce (volume measurement) of any other liquid or solution could weight more or less than 1 ounce (weight measurement), depending on its density.
