I have had a Westin pro for a few years and the seal bar has stopped raising to complete the seal. Anyone know how the pistons actually work and what could be wrong? I have replaced the small pump that actuated the pistons and the pistons themselves, As well as the seal bar and it is still not working properly. It costs a lot of money to send back for service so I was trying to u stray and the process to see if I could Troy Leah lot and fix
    Myself.

James Parks Sounds like you are working it down to a circuit board problem. Is the pump getting voltage?

glen Yes, the pump gets voltage and comes on just like it did before and for the same duration.

I know nothing about these units.
Do they use any tubing and fittings to connect the actuator pump to the cylinders? Have you ruled out any leaks in that system that actuates the cylinders?
