Hello. I bought Habanero sausage spice instead of Habanero Mango. The Habanero spice is good on it’s own, but I want to add mango. Does anyone have a good idea on how to do this?

Maybe get a bottle of mango juice, Naked brand is everywhere, and use it instead of water in your sausage? It’s just water, sugars, flavors. Remove any other sugar from recipe.
Heck, I’d rather try that than some dry spice attempt at mango flavor!

If you made a fresh sausage, and froze it, I guess you could use wee mango chunks. I’d rather use the juice though.

ricnordl Dried/Dehydrated & ground mango added to the mix? Not sure of the ratio, you would have to play that by ear. Pardon me, mouth.
