<![CDATA[Adding Mango to sausage]]>Hello. I bought Habanero sausage spice instead of Habanero Mango. The Habanero spice is good on it’s own, but I want to add mango. Does anyone have a good idea on how to do this?

It’s just water, sugars, flavors. Remove any other sugar from recipe.
Heck, I’d rather try that than some dry spice attempt at mango flavor!

If you made a fresh sausage, and froze it, I guess you could use wee mango chunks. I’d rather use the juice though.
