Put that on a cracker, duuuuuuude!

He cracks me up. Food looks legit though. I have heard some interviews and such, where he admits that it’s just a character he plays. It works, though, that’s for sure.

Anyone down around the Louisiana area or anywhere else heard of this guy called Stalecracker? Give him a look at on Facebook or YouTube. Quite the character, he’s a hoot to say the least. He prepares a lot of gumbo, jambalaya and seafood boils. Let me know what you think. Not the typical cook/chef I will tell ya that….lol

twilliams Well, call me old fashion, but he is a poor imitation of Justin Wilson.

Here was the original! Dr_Pain What you think, sha?

That man could cook, tell stories, and did real Cajun.

Chef That is for daggum sure. Did you know he did not even speak like that in real life and did not start as a good cook? I use to watch him all the time and actually started measuring my spices in my hands just like him.

I don’t know if I could call him a Cajun since he was born in Tangipahoa Parish and lived in Mississippi but…

He can definitely do a better Cajun accent than the Adam Sandler

Dr_Pain I did know that. But as you say, he captured the essence of Cajun better than most. I first heard his comedy records well before hew became known as a cook.

Dr_Pain I thought he used more sauterne, which is really hard to find. His initial occupation was a safety engineer (In Jine ear), if I recall. He got a lot of practice traveling around checking on sites & telling good stories with folks to stay in touch.

I just remember his big old green jug of Chablis where he would put a little in the dish and put a lot in his glass.
