Any opinions out there on how Captains Bay compares on taste and salt?glen Great question. Being from New Orleans, I only used Zataraian’s Pro Boil. To me, similar in taste to the Old Bay and WAY less expensive.
Both Zataraian’s and Old Bay are, as you say, too salty for some applications, so I just mix my own blend.
So interested in the Captains Bay and how it compairs.
